About us
- Babata Pumps Pty Ltd was established in August 2006 by 4 very enthusiastic men, with a great mission and vision in mind.
- They realized that the Lowveld might be a small area, but the opportunities in the mining and industrial market are endless.
- With years of experience they developed and grew a company that is relevant to the development of South Africa, especially in Mpumalanga, Limpopo, and Swaziland regions.
- The Steelpoort branch was later established in September 2007 to service the mining industry in Steelpoort and the surrounding areas.
- In 2019 there was a new vision on the horizon to broaden the footprint of Babata Pumps. The establishment of multi companies in different regions was born. Pinning Babata Lowveld, Babata Highveld, and Babata Mokopane to the existing map.
- Today we take pride in having highly skilled staff running the Babata operations daily. We keep on striving to only supply the best product with great after sale service.
- Stephen Collins, Corene Pieterse and Andries Mahomede are proud and passionate directors that actively participate in the day to day running of the companies.
